– The DSP was established by property and business owners in 1995 and was the first PBID (property based improvement district) in the state of California. Festival de la Familia Inc.
– Celebrating its' 21st season, The Festival de la Familia Event draws the attendance of more than 20,000 individuals each year. It is the largest one-day event in Northern California. More than 20 Latin countries have been represented through dance, music, food, arts and crafts, and traditional activities. Source Link

Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
